Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Perishable items (such as fruits, vegetables, dairy products)
  2. Personal care and hygiene products
  3. Opened or used products
  4. Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The product must be unused and in original condition
  2. Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
  3. Proof (images/videos) may be required for verification

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team via app or email
  2. Provide order details and reason for return
  3. Upload images if required

After approval:

  1. Pickup will be arranged by our delivery partner, or
  2. You will be guided with return instructions

5. Return Approval

  1. Returns are subject to verification and approval
  2. ABGDMart reserves the right to reject returns if the request does not meet policy conditions

6. Replacement Option

  1. In eligible cases, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund
  2. Replacement is subject to product availability

7. Important Notes

  1. Returns will not be accepted after the allowed time window
  2. Items damaged due to misuse will not be accepted
  3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy
