1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  1. You can cancel your order before it is shipped or out for delivery.
  2. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
  3. For certain products (like groceries or same-day delivery items), cancellation may only be allowed within a limited time after placing the order.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

  1. Go to My Orders in your account
  2. Select the order you wish to cancel
  3. Click on Cancel Order and follow the steps

3. Cancellation by ABGDMart

ABGDMart reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

  1. Product is out of stock
  2. Pricing or listing errors
  3. Payment issues or failed transactions
  4. Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, customers will be notified, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed.

4. Refund for Cancellations

  1. If an order is canceled successfully, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method
  2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable unless payment was already made
  3. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider

5. Important Notes

  1. Orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled
  2. Some promotional or discounted orders may have restricted cancellation options
  3. Repeated cancellations may lead to account review or restrictions
